Shifts to Showings is operated by shifts to showings LLC. In this policy, we and us mean Shifts to Showings. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our pages, sign up for our free guide or waitlist, or join our community, and how we use it.
Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address and phone number when you fill out a form on our pages.
Payment information: if you buy a membership, payments are processed by our checkout provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as browser type, device, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. Our page host and any analytics tools we use may collect this through cookies.
How we use your information
To send you the free guide and other materials you request.
To contact you about the Shifts to Showings community, including your founding member invite, launch updates and events.
To run, improve and protect our pages and community.
To meet legal obligations.
Text messages and calls
Giving us your phone number is optional. We will only send text messages or make calls if you agree to receive them. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
Every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also email [Contact email] and we will remove you.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Shifts to Showings, such as our page and checkout host and our email tools, and only so they can provide those services. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
We do not share your information with any real estate brokerage, including Compass, for its marketing or business purposes.
How long we keep information
We keep your information while you are on our list or a member, and as long as needed for legal, tax or business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing team@shiftstoshowings.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, and within any time the law requires.
Children
Our pages and community are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
